Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") carefully before using the Golden Tycoon mobile application ("Service", "Game") operated by the Golden Tycoon Development Team (operated by Artem Popov) ("us", "we", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. License and Access

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download and install a copy of the application on a mobile device that you own or control and to run such copy of the application solely for your own personal, non-commercial use.

2. Virtual Items and Currency

The Service may include virtual currency (e.g., gold, coins, crypto-tokens within the game context) and virtual items ("Virtual Goods").

No Ownership: You acknowledge that you do not own Virtual Goods but only acquire a limited, revocable license to use them within the Service.
No Monetary Value: Virtual Goods have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for real money, goods, or other items of monetary value from us or any other party.
Modifications: We reserve the right to control, regulate, change, or remove Virtual Goods without any liability to you.

3. Purchases and Payments

If you make any In-App Purchases within the Game:

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or the policies of the platform provider (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
Prices for In-App Purchases are subject to change without notice.
You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes incurred by you or anyone using an account registered to you.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service in any way that:

Is illegal, threatening, or harassing.
Involves cheating, exploiting, automation software, bots, hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the Service.
Attempts to gain unauthorized access to the Service, accounts registered to others, or to the computers and networks identifying any security holes.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Golden Tycoon Development Team and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by us (e.g., advertising networks). We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE OPERATION OF THE SERVICE OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, OR PRODUCTS INCLUDED THEREIN.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL GOLDEN TYCOON DEVELOPMENT TEAM, NOR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is based, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
